The Fuzhou people have been one of the biggest waves of Chinese immigrants the past few years.  It only made sense that their restaurants would spread across NYC's Chinatown.

Most  of their restaurants and stores are located in the East Broadway area of Chinatown.  It's interesting how I start understanding less and less Chinese as I walk in this area that's only a few blocks away from my shop.

The Fuzhou people are best known for their soups and seafood dishes.  Two of my favorite things!  If you're eating with people more adventerous, try out frog.  The meat is similar to chicken.
