The Lower East Tenement Museum holds a series of panel discussions called “Tenement Talks”.

For the talk on Food Fusion; owners from Chinatown Ice Cream Factory, Doughnut Plant, and Baohaus were asked to partipate on a panel.  Jennifer 8 Lee (author of the Fortune Cookie Chronicles) moderated the evening.

Free samples of ice cream, beer, fortune cookies and don tots were served.
